Dear Parishioners and friends
We have not been able to fully express our joy at Jesus’ resurrection as a worshipping community because of the impact of the pandemic restrictions on our gathering together as a community.
The Church is currently closed to public worship with all Masses online for the duration of the restrictions level 5. The Church is open for private prayer/visits to the Blessed Sacrament on weekday mornings (Monday to Friday inclusive) from 10.30 am until 12 noon. ** Except when there is a funeral in the Church.
OFFICE HOURS
The parish office is currently open from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm on each weekday, Monday to Friday
inclusive. From 10.30 am to 11.30 am callers to the office are dealt with one at a time, one person being admitted at a time to order Mass
cards, Mass intentions, etc., certificates, bookings, and any other inquiries.
Telephone inquiries are answered from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 pm. The office may also be contacted by email at admin@holyfamilyparish.ie, telephone 01- 2845299. However, an email may be not immediately answered until the next working period. At least one (1) weeks’ notice for a Mass intention is practically required for inclusion in the list of intentions and likewise for announcements. The office may be closed on some days for auditing/accounts. This will be announced in advance. Any inconvenience is regretted.
Your financial support of the parish and the diocese is gratefully appreciated. €10,575 was raised for Christmas Dues 2020. Thank
you. A word of thanks is due to all who have contributed towards the Easter Dues 2021 and to the Common Fund, Share, and Voluntary Family offerings. Please leave in any Trócaire donations for collection by Trócaire. Thank you for your generosity
Let us look forward with hope to the resumption of public worship in the Churches. With every good wish and blessing for the Easter season.
Fr. Michael O’Connor, Adm.
Fourth Sunday of Easter
St Paul Missal page 242
Your prayers are requested for John Ruane recently deceased and for those whose anniversaries occur around this time.
MAY THEIR SOULS AND THE SOULS OF ALL THE FAITHFUL DEPARTED THROUGH THE MERCY OF GOD REST IN PEACE. AMEN.
