Building Hope – Pastoral Strategic Planning Resource 2025-2027 was launched on 25 September by the Archbishop at a dedicated Planning Workshop for Bishop Roche’s Pastoral Area at Johnstown Killiney. Archbishop Farrell’s recent Pastoral Letter ‘Building Hope with Open Hearts’ reminds us that ‘Our faith calls us to open our hearts, not only to renewing our own commitment to Christ but to rediscovering our parishes and partnerships of parishes as places of mission.’

The Holy Family Parish Pastoral Council discussed Building Hope Pastoral    Strategic Planning Resource 2025-2027 (Guide- Book from the diocese)  on Thursday, 17 October. You will hear more about this in the near future.

The Archbishop’s pastoral letters and homilies are on the diocesan website www.dublindioceese.ie

From the Moderator of the Diocesan Curia

Many Thanks to those who attended one of our pastoral area Building Hope Planning Workshops and shared their experiences working with the Building Hope Pastoral Strategic Planning Resource 2025-2027.

An additional workshop is being planned for those in Parish leadership roles who could not attend.

Date of workshop: Monday 18 November

Time: 7.30 p.m. at St Paul’s Church, 19 Arran Quay D 07 KX66.

If interested in attending, please give your name & contact email details to one of the parish clergy.

Prayer for Building Hope
May we open our hearts, inviting the Spirit to guide our every action, awakening and enlivening us as we build hope together across the Archdiocese.
