The Pope’s Intention for February 2025

FOR VOCATIONS TO THE PRIESTHOOD AND RELIGIOUS LIFE

Let us pray that the ecclesial community might welcome the desires and doubts of those young people who feel a call to serve Christ’s mission in the priesthood and religious life.

The Family Mass is held each Sunday at 12 Noon. Children are encouraged to participate through Drama, Prayer, and Singing. All children are welcome to attend, but children preparing for First Holy Communion or recently receiving their First Holy Communion are particularly encouraged to attend.

LORD BLESS OUR HOME, Lord, we thank you for our home.  Lord bless the rooms where we relax, eat together, and enjoy one another’s company. Bless our kitchen where meals are prepared. We thank you for our daily bread. May we always consider people who have no food.  We thank you for water to drink and to wash. Lord bless our bedrooms; refresh us when we sleep. Bless this house, O Lord, we pray, keep us safe by night and day. Thank you for our garden where birds sing, and flowers grow.  Lord Jesus, you said, “Make your home in me, as I make mine in you”. Welcome to our hearts and our home. Bless us all with your peace. Our Father. Hail Mary.  Sprinkle the rooms with holy water as you say this prayer.
