Parish Mission Statement
Our Parish seeks to live as a family – supporting one another, open to all comers, building a community where each person feels wanted and cared for. To make this happen, we will work to grow in holiness through prayer and service and we will try to show God’s love in our daily lives. Ceremonies available on parish webcam.

Following this Mass children from Monkstown Educate Together National School, Holy Family National School and Kill O’the Grange National School will plant three olive trees in the church grounds as part of their contribution to Environmental Awareness. Olive trees were the trees in the Garden of Gethsemane where Jesus was arrested on Holy Thursday Night.

The Season of Creation began on 1 September and ends on 4 October, the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of ecology. This is the annual Christian celebration to listen and respond together to the cry of Creation. Christian communities will unite around the theme, “Listen to the Voice of Creation.” There will be a Holy Hour in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament on each Friday in September from 7pm – 8pm. Please come along and join with the Parish Environmental Group to place before the Lord our concerns and worries for the world and all the creatures that inhabit it.
